Required Investment

Approximate total investment is PhP385,000, including initial fee. Investment includes expenses for the following materials and services: cart equiptment, architect’s fee, signage, cashiering and cleaning supplies, initial fee, licenses and permits, registration fee, insurance, and allowances of training. Investment also includes initial inventory, utilities deposit, advance rental, rental deposit, initial operating capital, and security deposit. These are not subject for amortization and depreciation.

Minimum area required for site selection: Two square meters.

Franchise term: five years.
